Monroe County Village of Oakdale, Wisconsin, October 14, 2008 - United Services GroupSM (USG) delivers ESRI GIS solution for Oakdale Electric Cooperative.
In 2004, Oakdale Electric Cooperative began investigating the possibility of converting their existing GIS and after diligent examination of available systems, the features available and the costs, Oakdale chose ESRI's ArcMap product as their future software platform.
The project began in May, 2008 with USG providing the conversion of Oakdale's legacy CableCAD mapping system to a new ESRI GIS system integrated with USG's ADELINE staking software. Once completed, USG staff provided installation and onsite training of Oakdale's staff to complete the implementation.
